Refund Policy

Effective date: 26 August 2026

This policy

This Refund Policy applies to SENZ AutoReach at https://senz-autoreach.braceautoparts.com. It is effective 26 August 2026. How a refund is handled depends on the rail you actually paid on. Automatic refund is not live today.

The Operator does not publish a separate public support mailbox. Write from the email address registered on your SENZ AutoReach account. The Operator will reply to that same address.

What is live today

Current live collection is an Alipay merchant QR code, a PayPal personal-seller payment link (goods and services only, never friends-and-family), and optional USDT-TRC20. You create a unique order, pay, click that you have paid, and the Operator reconciles that order once. That path is not automatic billing, not a card subscription, and not an automatic refund.

Starter (site name “入门”) is CNY 144 per month for 200 settled sends. Growth (site name “增长”) is CNY 720 per month for 1200 settled sends. Scale (site name “规模”) is CNY 1440 per month for 3000 settled sends. Unused monthly credits expire at period end; expiry is not itself a cash refund. The one-time free allowance is 30 settled sends and is not sold, so it is not refundable as cash. Top-up packs are not on sale yet.

Paddle-processed payments (when enabled)

When Paddle card checkout is enabled and you pay through Paddle, Paddle.com Market Ltd and/or Paddle.com Inc is the Merchant of Record for that payment, collects the payment, and remits applicable sales tax. That Merchant of Record role applies only to Paddle-processed payments, not to Alipay, USDT-TRC20, or PayPal-seller payments.

For Paddle-processed payments, you may request a refund within 14 days for unused service through Paddle’s refund process once that checkout is live. That 14-day Paddle process is not an automatic refund on today’s Alipay or USDT-TRC20 orders, and it is not live on those rails today.

Manual Alipay, USDT-TRC20, and PayPal-seller payments

For Alipay merchant QR, USDT-TRC20, and PayPal-seller payments, request the Operator from the email on your SENZ AutoReach account. Those refunds are not automatic. The Operator may refund unused service after reconciling the unique order. Already-consumed send credits are not restored as cash if the corresponding messages were settled sent.

Consumed credits and unknown sends

A settled send has already used the service. We do not pay that credit back in cash. An unknown send is not treated as a completed refund event; it stays reserved until reconciliation. If reconciliation later shows the message was not sent, the credit is not billed as a settled send. If it was settled sent, it is consumed.

SENZ AutoReach does not promise inquiries, replies, orders, or revenue. A quiet inbox is not, by itself, a refund reason. Provider acceptance is not proof of delivery or a read.

How to request a refund

Write from the email address on your SENZ AutoReach account. Include the unique order id, the pack you bought, the rail you paid on (Paddle, Alipay, USDT-TRC20, or PayPal-seller), and whether you are asking about unused service. Do not send card numbers, private keys, or payment screenshots as a substitute for the ledger.

Chargebacks and payment-app disputes are handled on the rail you used. Opening a dispute does not by itself resend mail, restore consumed credits as cash, or change another tenant’s data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. The 14-day unused-service process for Paddle-processed payments applies only once Paddle checkout is live and only to those payments.
