Agreement

These Terms of Service govern use of SENZ AutoReach at https://senz-autoreach.braceautoparts.com. They are effective 26 August 2026. SENZ AutoReach is operated by an individual operator in China (the “Operator”). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy on this site.

The Operator does not publish a separate public support mailbox. Write from the email address registered on your SENZ AutoReach account. The Operator will reply to that same address.

The service

SENZ AutoReach is an outreach tool for China export SOHO operators. The main path is: find or import people to contact, check a reachable address, preview the real message, send from your own email or WhatsApp, and watch each item’s real status. The browser is a progress screen. Sending is server-side work that can resume after refresh, a dropped network, or a closed computer.

There is no shared mailbox. You must send from your own email or your own WhatsApp connector. Provider acceptance of a send is not proof of delivery, a read, a reply, an inquiry, an order, or revenue. SENZ AutoReach does not promise inquiries, replies, orders, or revenue.

Eligibility, invites, and refusal

You must be at least 18 and able to contract. The Operator may run an invited or private beta, may require an invite before registration, and may refuse, limit, pause, or end service — including for abuse, unpaid or unmatched orders, missing invites, or use the Operator cannot support.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email on your SENZ AutoReach account and for keeping sign-in details confidential. Actions taken in a signed-in session are treated as yours. Tell the Operator from that account email if you believe the account was used without permission.

Your sending identity, WhatsApp, and content

Messages go out as you. You must connect your own mailbox or WhatsApp connector. You must not point the product at a shared, borrowed, or system mailbox.

WhatsApp may be used only where you have per-contact consent that can be shown, including a source and time. Cold outreach without that consent must use email or be skipped. You are responsible for outreach content and for the law that applies to you and to each recipient, including anti-spam, marketing, and messaging-app rules.

Credits, plans, and expiry

One credit is one settled send: a message finally confirmed and billed under the product’s send contract. Unknown results are not treated as failure; credits stay reserved until reconciliation. A skipped or proven-unsent item is not billed as a settled send.

New accounts receive a one-time allowance of 30 settled sends. That free allowance does not reset each month.

Starter (site name “入门”) is CNY 144 per month for 200 settled sends. Growth (site name “增长”) is CNY 720 per month for 1200 settled sends. Scale (site name “规模”) is CNY 1440 per month for 3000 settled sends. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the paid period and do not roll over. Top-up packs are not on sale yet.

Payments

Current live collection is an Alipay merchant QR code, a PayPal personal-seller payment link (goods and services only, never friends-and-family), and optional USDT-TRC20. You create a unique order, pay, click that you have paid, and the Operator reconciles that order once. This is not automatic billing and not an automatic subscription renewal.

When Paddle card checkout is enabled and you pay through Paddle, Paddle.com Market Ltd and/or Paddle.com Inc is the Merchant of Record for that payment, collects the payment, and remits applicable sales tax. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to that Paddle-processed payment. That Merchant of Record role does not apply to Alipay, USDT-TRC20, or PayPal-seller payments.

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. Consumed send credits are not restored as cash if the corresponding messages were settled sent.

Acceptable use

You may not use SENZ AutoReach to harass, defraud, or spam; to send malware or deceptive sender identity; to probe other tenants; to resell a shared sending channel; or to break the send, credit, or payment ledger on purpose. The Operator may refuse or end service if you do.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

The product is provided as available. Search can return zero results. Channels, mailbox providers, WhatsApp connectors, and payment rails can fail or delay. An unknown send is not a failure you may safely retry until the ledger says the provider was never reached.

To the extent allowed by law, the Operator is not liable for lost inquiries, lost orders, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the unused service in the then-current monthly period. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Changes and governing law

The Operator may update these terms by posting a new effective date on this page. If you do not agree, stop using the product. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
